Stock availability, sizes, prices and lead times shown or discussed by email may change without notice and are only firm once confirmed at the counter. Photographs and descriptions used online are illustrative. As a small shop, quantities of each piece are modest, and pieces that sell out are not automatically re-ordered.
5. Requests, fittings and alterations
Requests to hold a piece aside, arrange a fitting or coordinate a small alteration are confirmed in writing or at the counter. Alterations are handled in-house through the local seamstress we work with, and are carried out on the piece purchased at the shop.
6. Consumer rights
All transactions between the shop and consumers are governed by Brazilian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Defence Code (Federal Law 8.078/1990). Exchanges, returns and warranty coverage on pieces sold at the shop follow the applicable rules, and any complaint may be raised in person at the counter or by contacting us at the details below.
